1 year Reading Wand Warranty

We stand behind our product quality. If your Wand is defective or faulty, please contact us (info@habbihabbi.com) with your proof of purchase, and we will arrange for a replacement product. We are happy to replace it for free within 1 year of purchase. 

Please understand we will not replace any orders from mis-use of product (water damage, grit inside the bottom of wand, overexposure to heat, scratched surfaces, substances pushed inside wand tip, etc). 

Please also kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping the wand back to us, for review. Should the wand be deemed faulty, your shipping cost will be refunded. 

Return & Refund Policy [US only] 

Should you decide you don't like it, we are happy to refund your order, so long as: 

We receive your refund request within 7 days of when you received it

Product returned is new, and we confirm it is not damaged - please pack well! 

You kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us + a restock fee. (Restock fee is calculated based on # of books / items returned. For example Starter Set: Wand + 5 books = 6 items * 2.50 = $15 total restock fee.)  

Should you receive an order you want to exchange due to an accidental error on your part (e.g. you purchased the wrong language, selected a set with books you already have), we can arrange an exchange. Similar to returns: 

We need to receive your exchange request within 7 days of when you received it. 

Original product is first returned - new and undamaged, before we ship out the desired Exchange product. 

You kindly understand you are responsible additional shipping costs and a restock fee. There would be 2 rounds of shipping: 1 for returning original, 1 for shipping new order. (Restock fee is calculated based on # of books / items returned. For example Starter Set: Wand + 5 books = 6 items * 2.50 = $15 total restock fee.)

Please note - this applies only to US orders only. For INTERNATIONAL orders, there are *no* returns (shipping costs are prohibitive). Please kindly make sure you are aware of all customs or duties that your country may impose. 

As much as possible, we encourage you to discover the brand before purchasing, since books are heavy, and shipping them back and forth has a high cost on the environment! 

There are different ways to discover the product, including: watching this 2-min video or our 30-second brand experience which shows the product in action ... viewing individual book pages for previews and descriptions of each spread ... or asking us for a social media 'live' video view ... and of course, sending any specific questions to info@habbihabbi.com.
